The Fill Your Freezer Giveaway (the "Contest") is sponsored by Ottawa Valley Meats Inc. ("OVM").
Contest Period
The Contest begins on the date it is announced and closes at the date and time specified on the contest entry page. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.
Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario and Quebec who:
- are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their province of residence);
- reside within Ottawa Valley Meats' regular delivery area.

Employees of Ottawa Valley Meats and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
Complete the official entry form and provide:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Telephone Number
- Postal Code
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
By entering, you agree to receive promotional emails from Ottawa Valley Meats. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time without affecting your eligibility for this Contest.
Prize
There is one (1) Grand Prize available:
- Ottawa Valley Meats "Fill Your Freezer" package
- Approximate Retail Value: $1,300 CAD
The prize includes delivery to an eligible address within Ottawa Valley Meats' delivery area.
The prize does not include a freezer.
No substitutions, transfers, exchanges or cash alternatives will be provided except at the sole discretion of Ottawa Valley Meats.
Winner Selection
One (1) eligible entrant will be selected in a random draw conducted during the final week of August 2026 from all eligible entries received.
The selected entrant will be contacted using the telephone number and email address provided during entry.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours, is found to be ineligible, or fails to complete the required winner verification process, another eligible entrant may be selected.
Prize Delivery
Delivery of the prize will be coordinated with the winner following verification and will occur on a mutually agreed delivery date within Ottawa Valley Meats' normal delivery schedule.
Privacy
Information collected through this Contest will be used to administer the Contest and to send promotional communications from Ottawa Valley Meats. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Ottawa Valley Meats' Privacy Policy.
General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of Ottawa Valley Meats, which are final in all matters relating to the Contest.
Ottawa Valley Meats reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Contest.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries or communications.
