Ottawa Valley Meats & Capital BBQ Summer Giveaway – Official Rules

Contest Period

The Ottawa Valley Meats & Capital BBQ Summer Giveaway (the "Contest") begins on June 4, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on June 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Contest Period").

Sponsor

The Contest is jointly sponsored by Ottawa Valley Meats and Capital BBQ (the "Sponsors").

Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario and Quebec who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;

• Reside within both Ottawa Valley Meats' and Capital BBQ's service and delivery areas; and

• Complete the official entry form during the Contest Period.

Employees of Ottawa Valley Meats, Capital BBQ, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the official Contest entry form and provide:

• Full Name

• Email Address

• Phone Number

• Postal Code

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

Consent to Communications

By entering the Contest, participants consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from both Ottawa Valley Meats and Capital BBQ. Entrant information, including email addresses and other contact information provided during entry, may be shared between the Sponsors for marketing purposes. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) Ottawa Valley Meats Steaks for the Summer Package; and

• One (1) Broil King SIGNET 390 Barbecue courtesy of Capital BBQ, including delivery and professional assembly/setup.

There is one (1) prize available to be won.

The approximate retail value of the prize is $2,000 CAD.

The prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable, and may not be substituted for cash or exchanged for another product or service.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The draw will take place on or about July 2, 2026.

The selected entrant will be contacted using the information provided at entry. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within five (5) business days, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these rules, another eligible entrant may be selected.

General Conditions

The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or attempts to tamper with the entry process.

The Sponsors reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if circumstances beyond their reasonable control affect the proper administration of the Contest.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Ottawa Valley Meats and Capital BBQ to use their name, city of residence, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Contest without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy

Information collected through the Contest will be used for the administration of the Contest and for marketing purposes by Ottawa Valley Meats and Capital BBQ in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
