Our farmers have been raising a select group of steers to get these absolutely amazing ribeyes with top quality marbling throughout. We aged them for 30 days and had our expert butchers professionally cut and trim each one to 0.75" to 1.25" thick (avg 1").
NOTE: these are full cut ribeyes. You will receive the full eye from the rib primal. A beautiful steak with tons of flavour. Take a look at our pictures for more information

All our orders are hand-packed before delivery. Human error can happen, and we want to make sure we fix it as soon as possible. Within 72 hours of delivery, please notify us of any issues you may have with your order. We’ll assess the issue and decide the best course of action.
Delivery process is as follows:
- We will send automated delivery notification updates on the day of delivery
- Driver will attempt delivery. Will knock/ring/call.
- For customers in the Ottawa area: your order will be left at your door if there's no response For customers outside of Ottawa: Your order will not be left unattended unless you add a delivery note giving permission.
The package will be kept at our warehouse for pickup at your convenience during business hours. We can offer a second delivery for a $25 fee.
