3 Easy Chicken Marinades From Our Nutritionist

Chicken need not be bland, dry and boring. These three marinades are simple ways to spice up the humble chicken breast with some serious flavour. 

For all of these you can use any cuts of chicken we offer, but we'd recommend the chicken breasts or chicken thighs (the boss's favorite).

Cilantro lime is a fresh zippy marinade, perfect for lighter proteins like chicken breast and shrimp. 

Wing night or a weeknight turkey, chicken and seafood dinner can be elevated with this marinade. This recipe doubles as a delicious dipping sauce and glaze. 

An island feel at home, slather this jerk sauce over chicken thighs or pork. Scotch bonnet peppers are the traditional heat source in this seasoning if you like it spicy!
