At Ottawa Valley Meats, we're always looking for products that make great meals even better. That's why we're excited to introduce a new local partner to our lineup: Crooked Rubz.
Founded by husband-and-wife team Brent and Falon Wallace of Winchester, Ontario, Crooked Rubz was born from a simple idea. They couldn't find a seasoning that delivered exactly what they were looking for, so they decided to create their own.
What started as a quest to improve family meals quickly became something much bigger.
As passionate barbecue enthusiasts who embrace the "low and slow" lifestyle, Brent and Falon began developing seasoning blends that could stand up to marathon brisket cooks, backyard gatherings, and even barbecue competitions. Today, they regularly test their creations against some of the best pitmasters around, constantly refining their recipes to deliver consistency, quality, and incredible flavour.
Like Ottawa Valley Meats, Crooked Rubz is a family-run Canadian business built on a passion for great food. They believe that quality ingredients and attention to detail can transform an ordinary meal into something memorable, and that's a philosophy we can get behind.
