How to cook from frozen
Food safety note: Cook until the internal temperature at the thickest part reaches 165°F (74°C). Cooking times are guidelines only since appliances vary.
Air fryer (from frozen)
Can I cook breaded chicken tenders from frozen in an air fryer, how long? Yes. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (205°C). Arrange tenders in a single layer and air fry for 12 to 14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. For extra-crispy results, add 1 to 2 minutes as needed, depending on your air fryer and tender size.
Conventional oven (from frozen)
Preheat oven to 425°F. Bake from frozen for 10 minutes, flip, then bake for 10 more minutes, or until the thickest tender reaches 165°F. Do not microwave.

All our orders are hand-packed before delivery. Human error can happen, and we want to make sure we fix it as soon as possible. Within 72 hours of delivery, please notify us of any issues you may have with your order. We’ll assess the issue and decide the best course of action.
Delivery process is as follows:
- We will send automated delivery notification updates on the day of delivery
- Driver will attempt delivery. Will knock/ring/call.
- For customers in the Ottawa area: your order will be left at your door if there's no response For customers outside of Ottawa: Your order will not be left unattended unless you add a delivery note giving permission.
The package will be kept at our warehouse for pickup at your convenience during business hours. We can offer a second delivery for a $25 fee.
