At Ottawa Valley Meats, we partner with local Ontario family farms and expert butchers to bring you a true primal experience. Every ounce of the sirloin is used with intention—nothing wasted, everything exceptional.
We debuted our boxes with the shortloin primal, and now we’re featuring the Sirloin Primal. This new box is crafted into a curated selection of steaks and roasts perfect for grilling, slow-cooking, or stocking the freezer with premium Canadian beef.

Expertly prepared from a single sirloin primal, this package includes:

8 × 10 oz Thick-Cut Sirloin Steaks
Tender, juicy, and cut a generous 1"–1.25" thick. -
1 × 2–2.5 lb Picanha (Coulotte Roast)
We leave the fat cap on for maximum flavour. -
1 × 2–3 lb Sirloin Tip Roast
Lean, versatile, and ideal for slow roasting or slicing thin for sandwiches.

Each cut is individually vacuum-sealed, flash frozen, and sourced from small local family farms committed to raising clean, high-quality beef.

All our orders are hand-packed before delivery. Human error can happen, and we want to make sure we fix it as soon as possible. Within 72 hours of delivery, please notify us of any issues you may have with your order. We’ll assess the issue and decide the best course of action.
Delivery process is as follows:
- We will send automated delivery notification updates on the day of delivery
- Driver will attempt delivery. Will knock/ring/call.
- If there is no response, driver will leave package at door and you will then receive a delivery notification email that your order has been delivered. If you live in an apartment/unit, and the driver can not reach you to gain access to the building, we will bring the package back to our warehouse unless you leave clear instructions for delivery.
The package will be kept at our warehouse for pickup at your convenience during business hours. We can offer a second delivery for a $25 fee.
