Each Pork Belly is professionally butchered, quickly flash-frozen and vacuum packed. Our Pork Belly has that salty savoury bite you crave. It's ok that your mouth is watering - you aren't alone!

Sourced from local farms dedicated to naturally raising heritage pigs in a free range environment — these pigs are forest finished for an undeniably enhanced flavour. Like all of our products, our pork is completely antibiotic and hormone-free, given a vegetable feed with no soy products.

We work with farms that only produce the cleanest, healthiest and ethically-raised local meats. All pork is Federally or Provincially Inspected according to Canadian Food Inspection standards.

Shipping & Return

All our orders are hand-packed before delivery. Human error can happen, and we want to make sure we fix it as soon as possible. Within 72 hours of delivery, please notify us of any issues you may have with your order. We’ll assess the issue and decide the best course of action.

Delivery process is as follows:

  1. We will send automated delivery notification updates on the day of delivery
  2. Driver will attempt delivery. Will knock/ring/call.
  3. If there is no response, driver will leave package at door and you will then receive a delivery notification email that your order has been delivered.  If you live in an apartment/unit, and the driver can not reach you to gain access to the building, we will bring the package back to our warehouse unless you leave clear instructions for delivery.

The package will be kept at our warehouse for pickup at your convenience during business hours. We can offer a second delivery for a $25 fee.

My first time cooking pork belly. It was amazing. I was very impressed with the flavor and tenderness. I prepared a simple dry rub, marinated it for a day, cooked low n slow for 6 hours, allowed it to rest and did my best to not eat it all. Let it cool, wrapped tightly and refrigerated it, then sliced and pan fried. I just purchased another one and can’t wait to perfect my prep and cook.
