Mini Goliath Ribeye (24 oz)
Our Mini Goliath Ribeye is cut extra thick for a truly satisfying steak experience. With excellent marbling throughout, it delivers the rich, beefy flavour and tenderness ribeye is known for.
Cut at over 2" thick and weighing approximately 24 oz, this steak offers a substantial, juicy bite that cooks beautifully whether grilled, reverse seared, or finished in a cast iron pan. The thickness allows for a perfect sear on the outside while staying tender and flavourful inside.
A great choice for a hearty steak night or for sharing, this is a premium cut done simply right.
All our orders are hand-packed before delivery. Human error can happen, and we want to make sure we fix it as soon as possible. Within 72 hours of delivery, please notify us of any issues you may have with your order. We’ll assess the issue and decide the best course of action.
Delivery process is as follows:
- We will send automated delivery notification updates on the day of delivery
- Driver will attempt delivery. Will knock/ring/call.
- For customers in the Ottawa area: your order will be left at your door if there's no response For customers outside of Ottawa: Your order will not be left unattended unless you add a delivery note giving permission.
The package will be kept at our warehouse for pickup at your convenience during business hours. We can offer a second delivery for a $25 fee.
