Each Steak is 1.5 – 2″ Thick Cut and aged for 28 days

Our NY Striploin is always cut from 100% grass-fed AAA Black Angus that’s locally raised in a natural, free-range environment.

Like all of our products, our Black Angus beef is completely antibiotic and hormone-free.

A New York Striploin is a well-marbled steak that is sure to please. Each 14 oz NY Striploin is hand-cut, quickly flash-frozen, and vacuum packed
