Our pork shoulders can produce that famous crackling skin. Like all of our products, our pork is completely antibiotic and hormone-free.
Also known as picnic shoulder and picnic roast. The delicious end result will taste incredible. Each Pork Shoulder Roast is professionally butchered, quickly flash-frozen and vacuum packed.
Sourced from local farms dedicated to naturally raising heritage pigs in a free range environment, given vegetable feed with no soy products. These pigs are forest finished for an undeniably enhanced flavour.
We work with farms that only produce the cleanest, healthiest and ethically-raised local meats. All meat is Federally or Provincially Inspected according to Canadian Food Inspection standards.

All our orders are hand-packed before delivery. Human error can happen, and we want to make sure we fix it as soon as possible. Within 72 hours of delivery, please notify us of any issues you may have with your order. We’ll assess the issue and decide the best course of action.
Delivery process is as follows:
- We will send automated delivery notification updates on the day of delivery
- Driver will attempt delivery. Will knock/ring/call.
- For customers in the Ottawa area: your order will be left at your door if there's no response For customers outside of Ottawa: Your order will not be left unattended unless you add a delivery note giving permission.
The package will be kept at our warehouse for pickup at your convenience during business hours. We can offer a second delivery for a $25 fee.
