Ground veal is super lean, so it’s best cooked with some fat—cook with bacon or duck fat to add a little juice. Ground veal is great for Italian recipes, meatloaf and even burgers. Also unreal in chili or used for lighter, leaner burgers and Sloppy Joes.

Always cut from humanely and ethically farmed and processed AAA Black Angus calves that are locally raised and milk-fed in a natural, free-range environment. Then, the meat is perfectly dry-aged for 28 days to enhance the already full flavour. Like all of our products, our Black Angus beef is completely antibiotic and hormone-free.
