Eye of Round is a steak rick in flavour, and easy to grill. Cut from a AAA beef raised in Embrun, Ontario. The eye of round is typically best grilled on very high heat for short periods of time. Some people enjoy marinating this steak.

Perfectly dry-aged for 35 days to enhance the already full-bodied flavour.

Each steak is hand-cut, quickly flash-frozen and vacuum-packed. The delicious end result won’t disappoint!
