Also known as Beef Foreshank, our Beef Hammer is a real treat from our Embrun Beef farm. Once cut, the meat is then perfectly dry-aged for 28 days to enhance the already full flavour. Great for braising low and slow and finish it on a hot grill for optimal cooking!
Like all of our products, our Black Angus beef is 100% grass-fed, completely antibiotic, and hormone-free.
Each Beef Hammer is hand-cut, quickly flash-frozen, and wrapped in butcher paper.
