We typically can deliver your order within 4 days of placing it if you are in the Ottawa are. Rural customers once per week, Montreal customers once per week, Toronto/GTA is a monthly delivery run (as per demand)
We highly suggest using the search option for any cuts of meat you may want. We also have the ability to add custom one off items after an order has been placed with our regular items
Yes we do! We are located at 22-J Antares Drive, Ottawa. We are open Tuesday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturdays 9am to 1pm. We are open for appointments only on Sundays and Mondays

Depending where you live, we will deliver either by freezer refrigerated truck or by FedEx Overnight (you will receive notification with tracking info if this is the case). You will receive an email with an ETA, so please try to be available at that date.
Our boxes are double walled and can hold their temperature for up to 90 min on a hot summer day. Our FedEx deliveries use insulators and dry ice that keep the product frozen for up to 3 days.
All our orders are hand packed prior to delivery. Human error can happen and we want to make sure we can fix it as soon as possible. Within 72 hours of delivery please notify us of the missing item. We will provide the product, give credit towards a future order, or refund the cost of the item.
We have a quality check done on every order prior to packing. No package item is guaranteed to keep its vacuum pack seal. If an item has severe damage to the packaging or has apparent freezer burn contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will provide the product, give credit towards a future order, or refund the cost of the item
We guarantee our orders to be packed within 5% +/- of the described weight. All items are listed at gross weight. Every order is weighed on a commercial scale. Should an error be made, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery to rectify and verify the measurement error
Delivery process is as following:
1- We will send a personalized email with an ETA
2- Our driver will attempt delivery at that ETA
3- If there is no answer we will call, text and email you
4- If there is no response we will bring the package back to our warehouse
The package will be kept at our warehouse for pickup at your convenience during business hours. We can offer a second delivery for a $20 fee
After placing an order you have 24 hours or up to delivery (which ever comes first) to cancel free of charge. After 24 hours we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee
